NicoDerm CQ and Reader's Digest Seek Extraordinary Ex-Smoker to Be Named 'Quitter of the Decade'
To celebrate ten years of helping people successfully quit smoking, NicoDerm CQ has partnered with Reader’s Digest — a long-time anti-smoking supporter, to launch the Quitter of the Decade contest. The contest will recognize and award an exceptional individual who has used their smoke-free life to do extraordinary things.
The winner of the contest will be named the NicoDerm CQ “Smoke-Free Ambassador” appearing in local advertising and events and participating in speaking engagements for the brand. The chosen quitter will also be awarded a cash prize of $10,000, in addition to being granted a special smoke-free wish — a donation of $10,000 to their favorite charity.
The NicoDerm and Reader’s Digest Quitter of the Decade contest is open to former smokers who quit using NicoDerm CQ within the past ten years. Quitters interested in participating in the contest can fill out a short entry-form on http://www.NicoDermCQ.com. Friends and family of former smokers who quit using the NicoDerm patch are also invited to nominate a quitter in their life. The contest will run from now through December 30, 2006.
